Shipping & Returns

We offer free standard shipping service for all orders in the United States that are $70 or more. Please note that the shipping discount is applicable to the total amount paid after the discount and before tax. Orders below $70 will incur shipping and handling fees. 
Please note that for orders placed in the eastern part of the United States after 1 p.m., orders opting for expedited shipping will be dispatched on the next working day. 
Orders sent to the postal box will be delivered to you via our standard shipping method USPS. Express and urgent shipment options require an additional fee. Choosing express shipping during checkout will not affect the production time of custom items. After the production of the goods is completed, we will ship them according to the shipping method selected during checkout. The production schedule can be found on the product page. 
At present, we do not support operations outside the United States. However, please rest assured that we will have this option available soon! 
We handle and ship orders from the warehouse from Monday to Friday. After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking information. If you don't receive this email, please check your spam folder. Once an order is placed, we cannot upgrade the goods options or change your delivery address. 
If you have an Arrmrc account, you can click on "Account", then click on "My Orders" to track your order. 
Customized products will be dispatched according to their specified production schedules. You can find these schedules on the respective product pages, during the checkout process, and in your order confirmation emails. 
All payments are made at the time of purchase, including pre-sale items and customized products. 
We ship the goods to the postal box using the standard product option,
and they will be delivered by USPS. If you have a street address and a postal box, please make sure to use your postal box address when using the standard product address. Currently, we are unable to ship to any FPO/APO locations, but we hope to offer this service in the near future.
